A strong aroma of prunes, black raisins and dried apricots. Floral
notes and sweetness reminiscent of a flaky pastry. Taste of dried
apricots and buckwheat honey. Fine aftertaste, excellent balance of
tartness and sweetness.
Combination of dark and milk chocolate, almond-hazelnut praline and toasted buckwheat. Bottom part is covered in a crunchy glaze with nuts, while the top one (which is made of a praline mousse) is glazed with a dark chocolate glaze. Decorated with dark chocolate.
